Space Machine & Engineering offers a standard product line of cast E and H plane rectangular waveguide offset assemblies covering the following waveguide sizes: WR28, WR34, WR42, WR51, WR62, WR75, WR90, WR102, WR112, WR137, WR159, WR187, WR229, and WR284. Some non-standard waveguide sizes are also available, such as reduced height waveguide. Contact us for details.

Waveguide leg lengths and flange types are made to customer specifications. See Appendix G for more information on standard waveguide flanges. Custom waveguide flanges to your own specifications are also possible. Cast elbows are available in 30, 45, 60 and 90 degree bends. The availability of some angles varies, depending on the waveguide size. When a casting is not available, a formed bend can be used. Contact us for details. 90 degree cast waveguide twists are also available in some sizes.

VSWR is less than 1.10:1 over the full waveguide band. See Appendix B for the frequency ranges of the various waveguide sizes.

Cast waveguide bend  assemblies are made from either aluminum or copper alloy.

A chromate coating is standard, but other types of plating are available upon request, including Silver and Gold plating. Waveguide assemblies can be supplied unpainted, or they can be painted our standard Space Machine Gray, or you can specify your own paint requirements. Space Machine can apply any special marking requirements you may have for your waveguides as well.
