There are many design options for custom waveguide assemblies: Flexible waveguide can be incorporated into an assembly to allow for slight mismatches or heat expansion within a waveguide run. Custom mounting brackets, pressure ports, or arc detector ports can be brazed directly to waveguide assemblies. Custom heavywall waveguide is available for high power and/ or high pressure applications. Custom thin wall waveguide is available for projects where weight is a concern. Flanges can have captive screws incorporated on them. Waveguide "quick disconnects" can be attached to flanges.
Assemblies can be made with special materials like coin silver waveguide, stainless steel waveguide, or invar waveguide.
