Space Machine & Engineering manufactures custom waveguides according to your specifications. We provide:
- Raw rectangular and double ridge waveguide components, most available from stock and shipped immediately
- Design and development of waveguide components and assemblies.Custom product design using proprietary and Ansoft HFSS software
- Microwave engineering consultation for special applications or customer problem solving
- State of the art drafting department utilizing AutoCad Mechanical 2011 for all of our 2D and 3D modeling needs
- Reliable testing of waveguide electrical performance using an Anritsu 37269C 50MHz – 40GHz Vector Network Analyzer
- Precision CNC machining for the production of sub-components as required above, or for any other application
- Custom waveguide bending
- Brazing to Mil-B-7883B
- Welding
- Outside facilities for certain environmental test requirements, such as:Vibration/Shock, EMI/RFI, and high RF power test
- Outside facilities for humidity testing, salt-spray testing and thermal tests on the Products at the temperature-controlled chambers and related monitoring sensors
- Finishing – including chemical conversion coating, glass bead blasting, painting, and ink stamping
